She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It seemed effortless for her. In most instances, she updated me regarding my loan before the bank. She also gave me lists of home inspectors and home warranty companies to choose from, which I feel was above and beyond. She negotiated some items in my contract that I would not have thought to negotiate. The closing was very well organized and stress-free.
